Geoff R. Maltese, PE, LEED AP BD+C
CEO, Senior Principal

Geoff is a dynamic Professional Engineer who strives to develop close working relationships for effective project execution and repeat future clients. Starting from a young age in Canada, Geoff worked in the construction industry designing and constructing homes starting as a teenager. Given his early start, he has been able to perform a number of roles within many sectors of the construction industry including Single-Family Residential Construction, Multi-Family Residential Construction, Commercial and High-Rise Construction, Highway and Bridge Construction, and Material Sciences. With his extensive background in construction, Geoff brings a unique perspective to problem-solving throughout design and construction providing effective solutions to complex situations.

In 2010, Geoff relocated to Los Angeles, California and has focused directly on building enclosure engineering. Geoff works on all building and structure types, but specializes in buildings with high-performance requirements such as major event facilities, museums, laboratories, and hospitals. Given his unique and more hands-on approach, Geoff has become well-known for his attention to detail, dedication to his clients, and his responsiveness.

Kevin Pazik spent his early architectural career designing and detailing facades and exteriors for Multi-Family Residential Construction, Commercial, and Mid-Rise Construction. These experiences have led to a passion and curiosity for architecture which is sited between the interior and exterior finish surfaces and the respective performance requirements and construction processes that reside within.

He holds a Master of Architecture from Princeton University and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from University of Illinois at Chicago and has held teaching positions at University of California Los Angeles and Princeton University.
